June 3rd - Sand Baggers vs Google

This was a make up game for the May 25th game that was canceled due to rain.

It was sunny in the morning and then about an hour or so before the game started it clouded up and we ended up playing most of the game in a light drizzle. We still had a good time. We had some new players that helped us have enough to field a team. Our batting was a bit cold at first. We did rally in the 5th inning and score 3 runs. Fielding wise the rain caused some traction problems. We did have some good play from Huffman at first. Martha made a nice catch of a fly to deep center and Doug pitched well. Our final score though was 19-3 in favor of Sand Baggers.
